Lemon Herb Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

Yield: 1/2 cup

1 tsp. lemon zest, finely chopped

1 tsp. lemon juice

1/2 cup light mayonnaise

1 tsp. dijon mustard

1 tsp. sugar

2-3 dashes worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. capers, minced

1 tsp. chives, minced

1 tsp. parsley, chopped

1 tsp. tarragon leaves, chopped

to season salt

to season fresh ground black pepper

METHOD:

Combine ingredients lemon zest, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, capers, chives, parsley and tarragon leaves in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
